Specialist Nurse in Dementia and Elderly Care

Job Responsibilities Serve as a fixed care contact, where you are an important link between clients, relatives, and various healthcare providers. Actively participate in team meetings, take responsibility for developing work with BPSD assessments and follow-ups. Have a mentoring function toward other colleagues. A large part of your workday consists of independent decision-making and collaboration with other professions and relatives. Qualifications Requirements: Educated specialist nurse. Driver's license (Category B). To work in care of elderly and adults with disabilities, an extract from the criminal record register is required. Meriting Qualifications: Medication delegation. Experience of Sami culture and South Sami. Experience from work with/training in rehabilitation, transfer techniques, and supported living. Computer skills and experience with VIVA.
