Job Responsibilities - Be a primary care contact, serving as an important link between clients, family members, and various healthcare providers. - Actively participate in team meetings, take responsibility for developing work with BPSD assessments and follow-ups. - Have a mentoring function toward other colleagues. A significant portion of your day involves independent decision-making and collaboration with other professions and family members. Qualifications Requirements: - Trained specialist nurse. - B-category driver's license. To work in care for elderly and adults with disabilities, a criminal record extract is required. Meritorious: - Medication delegation. - Experience with Sámi culture and South Sámi. - Experience working with/training in rehabilitation, patient transfer techniques, and special housing. - Computer skills and experience with VIVA systems.
