The Role as a Nurse We are looking for you to work as a nurse in our operation, SSIH Värnamo Hospital for a limited time. With us, you will work in a team providing specialized palliative care to patients and their loved ones. Collaboration with municipal home care, inpatient care, and primary care is an important part of our work. In addition, case management, advice, and education are major parts of our mission. We highly value ensuring that every meeting with patients, their loved ones, and our collaborative partners is as good as possible based on the resources and needs available. We value competence and teamwork highly. This is a full-time temporary position, currently working daytime Monday through Friday. Start date by agreement. Your workplace is at Värnamo Hospital. Your Future Workplace Specialized Home Care (SSIH) has a mission to provide high-quality specialized palliative care to patients and their loved ones. SSIH is part of the Medical Care business area in Region Jönköping County and is a county-wide unit based at our hospitals in Eksjö, Jönköping, and Värnamo. We work person-centered in teams with nurses, physicians, and social workers. Your Profile We are looking for you who is a licensed nurse with professional experience. You have a strong interest in developing palliative care in Region Jönköping County. If you have a specialist nurse education in palliative care, we value that highly, but it is not a requirement; opportunities for further training exist within the organization.
