Job Description As a specialist nurse at Humana Trumslagarbacken, you will, among other things, be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating nursing measures. You are also an important part of the facility's and your colleagues' competence development, as you will educate and mentor nursing staff when needed. Examples of Work Tasks Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions Manage and follow up on documentation and deviations Participate in the local management group Assist with new customer admissions and be responsible for delegating health and care tasks About the Position Working Hours and Employment Degree: Daytime shifts, part-time, no holidays. We Are Looking for Someone Who: Is a licensed nurse Holds a specialist degree in elderly care or is a district nurse Has knowledge of documenting in medical record systems (ICF or VIPS) Possesses good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is a merit if you have: Experience working in elderly care or home care services Experience working with people with dementia Experience in privately-run operations Experience with documentation work A requirement for starting employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID document and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
