About the Position In this assignment, you will be responsible for building bridges between evidence-based care and the nursing staff on the unit. You are a mentor who, in close relationship with nurses and nursing assistants, educates, teaches, and supports them in daily work on the unit. You will have a coaching role in all types of care activities and mentor the nursing staff directly "bedside." You are expected to lead and distribute work during shifts. We offer stimulating and developmental work where you, together with nursing managers and nursing directors in the Neurosurgery care unit, will develop and drive care forward. As a specialist nurse, you will drive development work by creating new guidelines and updating existing guidelines to today's evidence-based standards. In close collaboration with the nursing directors, you are responsible for ensuring that the unit provides highly specialized care according to the latest evidence. This is a permanent position as a specialist nurse.
