Specialist/Advanced ST Physician for Doktor24's Digital Obesity Service

iVi is seeking additional physicians for Doktor24's digital obesity service Are you interested in working evidence-based with medication treatment and lifestyle support for patients with overweight and obesity? About the Position As a physician in our digital obesity service, you'll work with assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients with overweight and obesity. The work is conducted digitally via chat or video. You'll assess the indication for pharmacological treatment, initiate treatment when needed, and follow the patient through their weight loss journey – in close collaboration with dietitians and psychologists who provide lifestyle support. You'll always have access to our evidence-based guidelines and the opportunity to consult with colleagues who have extensive experience. Our focus is on medical quality – and we expect you to share that commitment. Our Medical Quality team is available as support and quality assurance in clinical work. About Doktor24 Doktor24 is one of Sweden's leading digital-physical healthcare providers. We offer digital care and vaccinations through our clinics in collaboration with Apoteket. Our medical team consists of specialist physicians, licensed physicians, psychologists, and dietitians with extensive clinical experience. Who Are We Looking For? We're seeking you who are/have: • Licensed physician with specialist competence, or nearing the end of your ST, within general medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, or similar specialty. • Experience from primary care on-call work including treatment of overweight and obesity from a health center. • Clinically confident and medically up-to-date. • Comfortable with digital tools and possess good technical skills. • Empathetic, structured, and clear in patient interactions. • Consultant and able to work via your own company. Previous experience with digital care is meritorious but not required. Work Hours During the introduction phase, we prefer that you work daytime, Monday–Friday, when all support resources are available. Once you're comfortable in the role, there's an opportunity for flexible work including evenings and weekends – often combined with other clinical assignments. ⸻ Want to know more about our obesity service?
