The Role
As a specialist physician with us, you will work in an operation with high medical quality and a strong focus on patient experience.
Your work tasks may vary depending on the operation and specialty, but typically include:
Patient assessment, treatment, and follow-up
Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams
Contribution to the development of working methods and care processes
Supervision and knowledge sharing as needed

About You
Requirements:
Licensed physician with specialist qualifications
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Merits:
Experience from specialist healthcare or similar operations
Interest in development work or digital working methods
As a person, you are confident in your professional role and have good interpersonal skills. You enjoy collaborating with others and see the value in developing both working methods and operations. For us, it is important that you share our ambition to create healthcare where the patient feels seen, understood, and involved.
Terms of Employment
Employment Type: Permanent employment, beginning with a 6-month trial period
Scope: Full-time
Start Date: By agreement
Salary: Individual salary negotiation
