Specialist Physician at Aleris ASIH, Haninge Would you like to use your specialist expertise where it makes a real difference – close to patients, in their own homes? At Aleris ASIH Haninge, you will work with advanced medical care and palliative care in patients' home environments. You will be part of an experienced multidisciplinary team where we work closely together, share knowledge, and collectively create safe and cohesive care. We are now seeking an additional specialist physician who wants to develop together with us and contribute to our continued growth. About Aleris ASIH Haninge Aleris ASIH Haninge is an established team based at Handen Community Hospital. On the same floor is also Aleris palliative care unit, SPSV Handen, which provides excellent opportunities for collaboration and secure care transitions. We work on assignment for Region Stockholm and meet patients with complex medical conditions, often at different palliative stages. Our assignment includes both palliative care and advanced medical care in the home. We already have two specialist physicians on our team who work closely together and support each other in their daily work. Now we want to welcome an additional colleague to the team. Your Role As a specialist physician in ASIH, you have overall medical responsibility for your patients. The work is independent, but you are never alone. You work together with physicians, nurses, unit managers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, social workers, and care assistants. Together you plan and deliver care based on each patient's needs and circumstances. As a specialist physician, you are also, together with the unit manager, an important part of the team's leadership and contribute to developing both working methods and care quality. We are seeking a specialist physician in general medicine, geriatrics, surgery, oncology, pulmonology, hematology, nephrology, anesthesiology, or internal medicine who wants to work with palliative care and advanced medical care in the home. You thrive in multidisciplinary teams and see collaboration as a natural part of good care.
