About Us
Aleris Specialist Care Malmö Arena is a modern specialist clinic in Hyllie with short decision-making paths, close collaborations and a clear patient focus. Here, several professions work together in, among other things, orthopedics, surgery, general medicine, cardiology, sports medicine and rehabilitation.
We believe in specialized care with high quality and warm treatment. Through modern working methods and digital support, we make it easier for patients to get the right help at the right time. We are also in an exciting development phase where we are expanding our private care and insurance care. In 2028, the operation will also move into completely new and activity-adapted facilities.
The Role
As a plastic surgeon with us, you become an important part of an interdisciplinary team where the patient's needs are at the center. You are responsible for consultations, operations and follow-up, while contributing to the development of the operation and creating a safe and efficient care journey for patients.
You work closely with nurses, nursing assistants and other colleagues in the team. The role also includes the opportunity to influence how care develops forward – both through improvement work and by contributing your specialist expertise in the operation's continued development.
The role includes, among other things:
• making independent medical decisions and documenting in medical records and operating systems • conducting consultations, operations and medical follow-ups • collaborating closely with colleagues in daily patient work • participating in operation development and improvement work • participating in education and competence-building initiatives through Aleris' national specialist council.

About YouRequirements
• specialist physician in plastic surgery • at least 5 years of experience in the specialty • good Swedish and English, spoken and written • experience working in a structured and independent manner.
Meritorious
• experience in insurance care or private specialist care • experience in operation development and improvement work.

Terms of Employment
Employment type: Trial employment for 6 months that becomes a permanent position. Working hours: One day/week. Some evening duty may occur. Location: Aleris Specialist Care Malmö Arena, Hyllie.
