The Role As a shoulder surgeon with us, you'll become an important part of a multidisciplinary team. You work with assessment, treatment, surgery, and follow-up of patients with shoulder conditions. You meet patients through our care guarantee, insurance, and private care services. The role involves close collaboration with nurses, nursing assistants, and other team colleagues. You also contribute to developing the facility and creating efficient and secure patient flows with high quality throughout the care journey. The role includes, among other things: • performing medical assessments, diagnostics, and treatments within shoulder surgery • operating on and following up patients after treatment • making independent medical decisions and documenting in medical records and surgical systems • working closely with colleagues in daily patient care • participating in facility development and improvement initiatives • contributing to education and competency development efforts. About YouRequirements • specialist physician in orthopedics • experience from outpatient care • good Swedish and English in speech and writing • ability to work in a structured, flexible, and solution-oriented manner.
