The healthcare center is located in the heart of a residential area in the eastern parts of Trelleborg with excellent public transportation connections and within walking distance to the sea. We are a stable and well-functioning unit with approximately 30 employees and 7,000 registered patients. In addition to physician consultations, we offer a counselor, rehabilitation coordinator, nurse and nursing assistant consultations, smoking cessation programs, asthma/COPD, diabetes, memory, blood pressure, district health, and elderly care consultations, as well as dietitian consultations. Our medical secretaries handle the administrative aspects of consultation work and also have reception responsibilities. We collaborate with Lyftet Rehab to offer our patients access to physical therapists and occupational therapists. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an MLA with us, you contribute to the overall medical quality and development of the business. You will also be part of the healthcare center's internal management group and contribute to high patient safety at the center. You will also be part of an MLA network and have close contact with chief physicians. The scope of the assignment is 20 percent. You are offered stimulating work covering the entire field of general medicine. Job responsibilities include physician consultations with both acute and scheduled visits. Your own patient list with a maximum of approximately 1,100 registered patients creates good conditions for continuity and a sustainable work life. You also have specialist competence in general medicine. You have Swedish language skills at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale. As a person, you are flexible, responsible, positive, and have a good sense of service. Additionally, you want to contribute to the development of the business and always work in the best interest of patients and the business. You are engaged and can think outside the box.
