Our Operations Indomi has been operating since 2016 and runs several healthcare operations including Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP), psychiatry, health services, foster care, residential support, and residential care homes. We are now seeking a specialist physician in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or psychiatry for our operations. Our main clinic is located in Borlänge. We work closely with our branch in Orsa, and this fall we are opening a branch in Mora as well. There is the possibility to work from both the main clinic and branch locations. We operate on behalf of Region Dalarna and receive children and adolescents for assessment, treatment, and evaluation in specialist psychiatric outpatient care. At the clinic, specialist physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapist, dietitian, social workers, psychotherapists, psychologists, and secretaries work under the motto "With heart for the children – with focus on quality and patient-centered care." About the Role As a specialist physician, your main responsibilities are psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medical treatment of children and adolescents with mental health issues. We work evidence-based, and the work is conducted both in teams and individually. On-call and emergency duty assignments for the regional Child and Adolescent Psychiatry acute service/department 68 are included and distributed among all Child and Adolescent Psychiatry clinics in the region. About You We are looking for you as a specialist physician in child and adolescent psychiatry or psychiatry. As a person, you adapt easily to changing circumstances and value interdisciplinary collaboration. You can place the patient at the center in medical assessments and in your interactions. You can collaborate well with all staff categories and other operational areas. You can supervise colleagues, employees, and students, and you seek supervision when you need it.
