Psychosis Care Stockholm is a newly established operation within the Stockholm County Healthcare Region. Here we consolidate care for patients over 18 years old with psychotic disorders within one organizational unit. We offer assessment, investigation, and treatment according to national guidelines and regional care programs. Within Psychosis Care Stockholm, we conduct development work, education, and research on psychotic disorders. We are now seeking a specialist psychiatrist for our psychosis clinic. About Väsby Psychiatric Clinic The clinic is located in bright and spacious facilities near Upplands Väsby commuter train station and city center. Our goal is to offer qualified treatment to our patients while creating a work environment that feels pleasant and inspiring for our employees. About the Position As a specialist psychiatrist with us, you will work with assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients with psychotic disorders and related conditions. The work takes place in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, psychologists, nursing assistants, and a care coordinator. You will have an important role in the clinic's continued development work and contribute medical expertise in both patient care and supervision and consultation to colleagues. Duties Psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Collaboration with relatives, municipalities, and other healthcare providers. Participation in care planning. Supervision of medical residents and other professions as needed. Qualifications We are seeking someone who is a licensed physician with specialist competence in psychiatry. Has a genuine interest in psychosis care and person-centered care. Has good collaboration skills and thrives in teamwork. Is responsible, organized, and flexible. Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Terms Permanent employment. Probationary employment may be applied.
