Read more about our offer. Your Role As Medical Leadership Responsible (MLA), you are a central medical leader at the clinic. You combine patient-focused work with responsibility for medical quality, patient safety, operations development, and personnel responsibility for all physicians at the clinic. Personnel responsibility includes leading and developing the physician group, monitoring employees' work and work environment, conducting employee conversations, and other personnel-related follow-ups. You create clarity around assignments, responsibilities, and expectations and work for good cooperation and a sustainable work environment. You are part of the clinic's management group, which consists of the unit manager, deputy unit manager, psychology chief, and MLA. Together you are responsible for leading, developing, and monitoring operations. You work with, among other things: Psychiatric assessments and treatments Medical leadership responsibility and quality work Development of care processes and routines Patient safety work and follow-up Support and guidance to colleagues on medical matters About the Workplace WeMind Liljeholmen is an outpatient clinic within specialist psychiatry. About You Licensed physician and specialist in psychiatry Experience in medical leadership, personnel responsibility, or other management role Ability and interest in leading, supporting, and developing a physician group Interest in evidence-based care, quality, and operations development You are a confident specialist and leader who enjoys combining clinical work, medical responsibility, and personnel responsibility. You have a structured and trustful work approach, value collaboration and clear communication, and want to contribute to developing psychiatry for the future.
