Specialist Physician in Gynecology at MultiClinic in Malmö

We are seeking a specialist physician in gynecology for our gynecology clinic at the health center Multi Clinic in Lindängen, Malmö. Multi Clinic is located in southern Malmö with approximately 7,000 registered patients. We are a private health center operating on behalf of Region Skåne. Lindängen is a small area with a multicultural population, with a somewhat higher proportion of families. We are a team of professionals with diverse expertise. Currently, we have 4 specialist physicians in general medicine, 1 specialist physician in psychiatry, 1 licensed physician, 2 physiotherapists, a dietitian, a social worker, a rehabilitation coordinator, 5 nurses, an occupational therapist, as well as nurse assistants and receptionists. The physicians and nurses work in close contact with our multidisciplinary team consisting of physiotherapists, an occupational therapist, a dietitian, a social worker, and a rehabilitation coordinator. We continuously work to offer our patients good accessibility and security. Many employees speak languages other than Swedish and English, which is advantageous as a significant proportion of our patients do not speak Swedish. Job Responsibilities Gynecology clinic work and minor procedures that do not require anesthesia. As a gynecologist with us, you will work with assessments, treatment, and consultation. We are looking for a gynecologist who is engaged and driven, who works effectively independently but also has strong collaboration skills. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a specialist physician in gynecology and has authorization to work within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language proficiency at a minimum of level C1 according to the Council of Europe's language framework is a requirement. It is a merit if you have previously worked as a gynecologist at a health center and have experience with PMO. The position requires the ability to work independently and make your own decisions. Good patient interaction is essential. You have strong collaboration and communication skills. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
