Are you a specialist in general medicine? Look here! We are seeking a general medicine specialist who wants to be part of developing healthcare at Tureberg Primary Care Center. Tureberg Primary Care Center is part of primary healthcare in Stockholm County Healthcare District (SLSO), one of Sweden's largest healthcare providers. Our employees make a difference now and in the future. Tureberg Primary Care Center is located in Sollentuna Municipality. Close to the commuter train station in Sollentuna center, with trains approximately 15 minutes to Stockholm Central Station. We are a team of 29 employees providing primary care to approximately 10,000 registered patients. We supervise medical students, AT and ST doctors. Currently, six general medicine specialists and one ST doctor work with us. You can read more about this at Benefits at Stockholm County Healthcare District Duties: Standard work as a general medicine specialist at a primary care center, which means independently receiving, assessing, and treating a broad spectrum of patients with varying diagnoses. You will meet patients at the primary care center, in home healthcare, and at the child health clinic. As a specialist, you will see patients of all ages in both acute and scheduled appointments, both digitally and in person. You supervise younger colleagues and also support other professional categories in medical assessments. With us, patients are registered with a specific doctor for clear responsibility and assignment. Qualifications: We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine and have previous experience working in Swedish primary healthcare. It is advantageous if you have experience and previous background as a supervisor for medical students and BT/ST doctors. Employment form: Permanent employment. Full-time 100%. The position is filled on the condition that it does not need to be used for internal reallocation, in accordance with applicable regulations. For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Healthcare District: - background checks are applied before employment decision in accordance with SLSO's overall guidelines for background checks at employment. - employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employee medical examination, in accordance with current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment. - good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, in addition to Swedish professional license, corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
