The Primary Care North area comprises Ersboda, Mariehem, Sävar, and Robertsfors health centers. This position is based at Ersboda Health Center, though work at other health centers may occur. We are now seeking a specialist physician in general practice for Ersboda Health Center! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a specialist physician with us, you contribute with knowledge and commitment that make people feel secure. General practice is characterized by meeting the patient throughout their life. The specialty involves meeting people of all ages with all types of health-related issues and independently assessing and treating them. As a specialist, you are expected to support physicians in training in their ongoing work and provide mentoring during designated supervision time. You are also expected to be an active part of the physician group's and health center's meetings, dialogues, and improvement efforts. Mentoring of medical trainees and medical students is an important part of the work. On-call and backup on-call duties at Primary Care Emergency Services are included. QUALIFICATIONS For this position, you need to be a licensed specialist in general practice with primary care experience. Interest in mentoring students and medical trainees is also important. You are a present and positive person who, with expert knowledge and care, sees the patient and contributes to a holistic perspective that makes the care process better and safer.
