The Role As a specialist physician in gynecology with us, you become an important part of an interdisciplinary team. You work with assessment, treatment, surgery, and follow-up of patients in gynecology and see patients through care guarantees, insurance, and private care. You get a varied workday where medical quality and patient experience go hand in hand. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of the operations and create efficient and secure patient flows. The role includes, among other things: • performing medical assessments, diagnostics, and treatments in gynecology • conducting surgical procedures and following up on patient care • making independent medical decisions and documenting in medical records and surgical systems • working closely with nurses, healthcare assistants, and other team members • participating in operational development and improvement work • contributing to educational and competency-building initiatives.
