Would you like to work with neuropsychiatric assessments in an operation where high medical quality, clear work methods, and good collaboration are combined with warmth, humor, and joy in work? WeMind Västra Götaland is seeking a specialist physician in child and adolescent psychiatry or pediatric medicine for a part-time position of approximately 30–40 %. The assignment consists mainly of neuropsychiatric assessments of children and adolescents in close collaboration with our assessment psychologists. About the Role As a specialist physician, you will be part of a multidisciplinary assessment team together with experienced psychologists. You are responsible for medical assessment and contribute with psychiatric and somatic differential diagnostic considerations as well as diagnostic synthesis. You have access to specialist supervision and collegial support, and we want it to be easy to raise questions when something needs to be thought through again. Our main clinic is centrally located in Gothenburg. WeMind Västra Götaland also has neuropsychiatric assessment units in Trollhättan, Borås, and Falköping. The position is primarily based in Gothenburg, but we appreciate flexibility and interest in being able to contribute to one of our satellite clinics when needed. For such work, there is an opportunity for favorable travel expense compensation in accordance with agreement. Parts of the work can, based on the assignment's and patient work's conditions, be conducted remotely. If you hold both specialist qualifications, there is an opportunity to, based on interest and the operation's needs, combine neuropsychiatric assessment work with clinical work in adult psychiatry at our general psychiatric outpatient clinic.
