Specialist Production Planner for Long-term Assignment in Karlskrona

We are currently seeking a Specialist Production Planner at Jefferson Wells for an exciting assignment with one of our clients in Karlskrona. Job Description As a Specialist Production Planner, you serve as an important link between design and production. You are responsible for converting technical documentation into clear and efficient production materials and work orders, and you support production during startup and implementation. The role is broad and cross-functional with close collaboration with designers, production engineers, and production staff. You also work on developing and improving production processes to ensure efficient and quality-assured manufacturing. Your main responsibilities include: Development of production materials and work orders Production adaptation of 3D documentation Support to production during startup and implementation Participation in trial assembly Improvement and efficiency initiatives within production Collaboration with design, production engineering, and production Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience in production planning, production engineering, or industrial manufacturing. You have good technical understanding and enjoy working closely with both design and manufacturing. We would like to see that you have: Experience from manufacturing industry Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation Experience in production planning or production engineering Good collaboration skills and a structured approach to work Strong knowledge of Swedish and English It is a plus if you have experience working in 3D environments and improvement initiatives within production. About the Assignment Location: Karlskrona Scope: Full-time Start: By agreement The assignment is open for candidates at multiple levels, from Associate Industrial Engineer (P1) to Industrial Engineer (P3).
