Quality Management System Specialist

Start date: 3/7/2026 WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: You will be responsible for ensuring that our quality management system functions in practice - meaning that processes, documentation, and records are current, traceable, and compliant with internal rules and customer requirements. You will participate in the preparation of internal and external (customer) audits, work with their results, and help track non-conformities and corrective actions to prevent recurrence. At the same time, you will collaborate across departments on improving procedures and standards and prepare materials for reports and documentation. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: - collaboration on managing and maintaining the quality management system and controlled documentation - support for internal and customer audits (preparation of materials, documentation of findings) - monitoring of non-conformities and fulfillment of corrective actions - participation in creating, reviewing, and improving internal procedures and standards - support for training in quality and internal policies - collaboration with other departments on eliminating system deficiencies and improvements - preparation of reports and materials related to audits, non-conformities, and actions. WE REQUIRE: - secondary education - ability to work with controlled documentation, records, and process procedures - knowledge of quality management systems and relevant standards - advantageous: experience with non-conformity tracking, corrective actions, and quality records - advantageous: knowledge of ERP systems, documentation systems, or internal databases - advantageous: experience with quality management systems, controlled documentation, or internal audits - basic understanding of manufacturing processes - diligence, thoroughness, and systematic approach - drive to see tasks through to completion - good communication and organizational skills.
