Job responsibilities include: Searching for, selecting, and managing a supplier database for goods and services. Evaluating offers based on established criteria. Placing and managing orders in the corporate ERP system. Coordinating contract negotiations with suppliers. Collaborating on logistics and warehouse availability. Ensuring goods transportation according to project needs. Verifying purchase invoices and receipts (quantity, price, contents) and collaborating with the accounting department. What we expect: Secondary or tertiary education in economics or technical field. At least 2 years of experience in procurement or sales. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Helios, SAP, etc.). Essential – practical experience, communicative English language proficiency, strong organizational skills, independence, and responsibility. Advantageous – knowledge of Intrastat.
