Work location: Hlinsko We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will be responsible for managing ongoing business with existing customers, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and providing excellent customer support. The role includes order management, coordination of internal processes, data maintenance in the SAP system, and handling customer inquiries in German and English. Requirements: English and German language proficiency (spoken and written) at a communicative level, proficiency with Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP system is a plus.
