The water management project company ŠINDLAR s. r. o. is seeking a new colleague for our Hradec Králové branch team to handle engineering activities for construction projects and administration of grant programs. What can you expect from your working day? • Providing engineering services during the preparation of water management construction projects. • Communication with water authority offices, relevant authorities, and infrastructure managers. • Obtaining positions and statements necessary for construction permits. • Coordination of project documentation review. • Preparation of documents for permit procedures for water works construction. • Administration of grant projects (particularly OPŽP, MZe, SFŽP, etc.). • Preparation of grant applications and their attachments. • Monitoring compliance with grant conditions during project preparation and implementation. • Communication with grant providers and investors. • Collaboration with designers and project management. Who are we looking for? • Secondary or university education in construction or technical fields (water management background is an advantage). • Understanding of construction permit processes. • Basic knowledge of legislation related to construction and water law. • Experience with grant project administration is an advantage. • Independence, systematic approach, and communication skills with authorities.
