Marketing Specialist - Junior

EURONA s.r.o. is looking for a team member who enjoys combining data, creativity, and visible results. We're seeking someone who wants to be part of a team working directly on-site and thrives with daily collaboration in the office. This position is not suitable for remote work or work-from-home arrangements, in any capacity. Fixed-term employment contract with the possibility of extension to an indefinite contract, flexible working hours. Start date available immediately. This position is also suitable for recent graduates. What awaits you with us: managing and developing company profiles on social media (Facebook, Instagram) and company website; planning, creating, and publishing content including Reels, videos, photos, and texts; evaluating campaign and post performance, working with data, and proposing improvements; collaborating on developing and implementing marketing and content strategy; independently managing assigned projects and responsibility for their timely completion; creating marketing texts, proofreading printed materials, product packaging, and labels; managing product content on the website, publishing news, events, and other marketing activities. What we expect from you: experience or familiarity with online marketing and social media; analytical thinking and ability to work with data and evaluate results; sense for content, visual communication, and modern social media trends; reliability, proactivity, and willingness to bring your own ideas; ability to effectively collaborate within a team and be part of daily company operations; availability and willingness to work daily at the employer's workplace (this position does not allow for remote work or work-from-home arrangements).
