We're looking for a new team member to join the Biju.cz e-shop team to help us with preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders, adding new products to inventory, and communicating with customers.
For more than 10 years, we've been running an e-shop and brick-and-mortar stores featuring jewelry and fashion accessories for women. We pride ourselves on fast delivery, accurately prepared orders, and customer satisfaction.
What awaits you with us
· Picking items according to received orders
· Verifying order accuracy and completeness
· Carefully packing shipments
· Processing orders on the computer
· Preparing and handing over shipments to couriers
· Adding new products to the system and e-shop
· Reviewing and updating basic product information
· Email and phone communication with customers
· Resolving common questions regarding orders, products, and delivery
· Collaborating with warehouse and e-shop administration colleagues
Who we're looking for
· You have completed secondary education with a diploma
· You have good computer skills
· You are detail-oriented, reliable, and responsible
· You can organize your work effectively
· You have a pleasant and professional demeanor
· You're not afraid of customer communication
· You have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things
· You're a team player but can also work independently
