Production Management Specialist / Senior (m/f)

We are looking for a colleague to join our production management department who will contribute to planning, coordination, and optimization of production processes. In this position, you will leverage your previous experience with planning, capacity management, and production coordination, and you will have the opportunity to bring your own improvement proposals. You can expect an independent and responsible role with close collaboration across departments, the opportunity to participate in strategic decisions, and the ability to influence production efficiency. Job Responsibilities: • Planning and management of production orders, • Monitoring fulfillment of production plans and capacities, • Collaboration with production, logistics, procurement, and quality, • Customer communication, • Working with production data and reporting, • Addressing operational issues in production, • Contributing to process improvements. Requirements: • Secondary or higher education in technical or economic fields, • English or German language skills at a communicative level, • Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage, • Analytical thinking and organizational skills, • PC proficiency, • Independence, responsibility, and communication skills.
