Become our new Sales Support Specialist and help us streamline sales processes in both our IT and Data Distribution divisions. What will you do with us? • Prepare and compile sales quotes for senior sales representatives • Request quotes from suppliers and secure the best pricing for materials and services • Collaborate with procurement and process material orders • Process calculations and documentation for customers • Manage sales administration — CRM, price lists, technical documentation • Communicate with suppliers, logistics team, technicians, and sales representatives • Monitor deadlines and coordinate documentation for sales opportunities What do we expect from you? • Ability to work with data, quotes, and calculations • Attention to detail, independence, and good work organization • Communication skills when dealing with suppliers and colleagues • Computer skills (Excel, document management, CRM is a plus) • Basic knowledge of IT or data/cabling systems is a major advantage, but not required • Class B driver's license.
