Procurement Specialist

Due to our team expansion, we are opening an additional position for a Procurement Specialist: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • You will process orders, coordinate cooperation, and provide support on technical matters between suppliers and the design department, monitor delivery times, costs, and quality. • You will focus primarily on purchasing forgings (stainless steel, carbon steel), welded assemblies (frames, stands, piping, etc.), made from stainless and conventional carbon steel. • You will analyze suppliers based on price, delivery time, and quality. • Your work will also include actively searching for and expanding the supplier list. • You will handle complaints and verify return conditions for repaired parts. WE REQUIRE: • At least 3 years of experience in a procurement department in the mechanical engineering field. • Ability to work with technical drawings and manufacturing documentation. • Experience collaborating with suppliers (from the Czech Republic and abroad) engaged in industrial production. • Very good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Acrobat Reader. • Experience with ERP system operation. • Advanced proficiency in Czech and English is MANDATORY; additional languages are a plus. • Group B driver's license; active driver.
