Your responsibilities:
Mapping, management, parameterization and development of data structures in manufacturing in ERP/Navision, MES and SCADA environments.
Analysis of manufacturing processes and identification of areas where digitalization can bring tangible improvements.
Converting production needs into clear and structured specifications for internal and external IT.
Collaboration on the design and implementation of new digital solutions.
Participation in deploying MES and SCADA systems to individual facilities, initially in collaboration with our specialists and external partners.
Creation of reports, dashboards and visualizations of manufacturing data.
Creation and management of documentation for proposed solutions to ensure long-term sustainability.
Progressive assumption of independent responsibility for your assigned digitalization area.
Collaboration with colleagues from production, technical departments, IT and other parts of the company.
Collaboration with individual company branches and occasional business trips between our facilities in connection with the implementation and development of digital solutions.
Progressive development into the role of internal expert and ambassador for manufacturing digitalization across the company.
What we expect from you:
Secondary or higher education in technical, IT, automation or similar field.
This position is also suitable for graduates or candidates with limited experience - we care more about how you think and your potential for further development than the length of your CV.
Analytical and technical thinking and the ability to break down problems, describe them in a structured way and find suitable solutions.
Ability to convert production needs into clear specifications for IT.
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
Interest in manufacturing technologies, automation, data work and digitalization.
Knowledge of ERP, MES, SCADA or PLC environments is an advantage, not a requirement.
Good communication skills and willingness to work directly in the manufacturing facility and communicate with both colleagues at production lines and IT specialists.
Independence, initiative and willingness to come up with your own ideas and suggestions.
Willingness to learn new technologies, progressively take on responsibility and grow professionally.
Willingness to travel between our branches and spend the necessary time in Velvary during initial training, where you will familiarize yourself with our systems, processes and manufacturing operations.
We are looking primarily for someone who is not afraid to go directly to the facility, understand the real problem and then find a way to solve it using technology and data.
What we offer:
Starting salary from 50,000 Kč per month.
After the probation period, the possibility of a salary increase up to 20% depending on the specific responsibilities assumed and the level of independence achieved.
