We are looking for you who want to work as a specialist in Dental Care Support!
As a specialist, you will be part of the Business Area for Legal Support (NAR) within the Department for National Dental Care, International Care, and Labor Market Support. NAR is an engaged support function with a national mandate and we are located in eight cities across the country. Here we work together to develop and support the department's operations throughout Sweden with a focus on collaboration, quality, and competence development.
Coaching, development, and collaboration
As a specialist, you provide advice and support to case handlers and investigators regarding insurance interpretation and current handling processes. By coaching the case handlers and investigators, you contribute to ensuring they have the right competence to meet the needs of applicants and insured persons. You contribute to creating a workplace learning environment and you identify collective competence needs and initiate possible training and development paths. The work includes contributing to change and development of processes. The assignment also includes supporting unit managers on quality in case handling. As a specialist, you are part of the entire department's collective specialist support, which needs to be strengthened especially within Dental Care and inspection.

have expert knowledge/case handling knowledge within Dental Care
have a coaching approach
can understand and analyze complex issues

are confident and trustworthy, even in demanding situations
collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals.
It is advantageous if you
have current expert knowledge/case handling knowledge within Dental Care and inspection
have in-depth knowledge of social insurance, administrative law, and public access and confidentiality
have good knowledge of other benefits within the Department for National Dental Care, International Care, and Labor Market Support
have experience in conducting training and mentoring new employees
have experience with quality monitoring
have good knowledge of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's website/self-service services and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's organization.

1 position, permanent, full-time, with commencement by agreement. Probationary employment may be applicable.
