As a specialist, you will be part of the Department of Legal Support (NAR) within the Division for National Dental Care, International Care and Employment Support. NAR is a dedicated support function with a national mandate, and we are located in eight places across the country. Here we work together to develop and support the division's operations throughout Sweden with a focus on collaboration, quality and skills development. Coaching, Development and Collaboration As a specialist, you provide advice and support to case handlers and investigators regarding insurance interpretation and current case handling processes. By coaching case handlers and investigators, you contribute to ensuring they have the right skills to meet applicants' and insured persons' needs. You contribute to creating a workplace learning environment and you identify collective skills needs and initiate possible training and development paths. The work includes contributing to change and development of processes. The assignment also includes supporting unit managers regarding quality in case handling. As a specialist, you are part of the entire division's comprehensive specialist support, which needs to be strengthened, particularly within Dental Care, supervision. As an employee at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, you have a high level of security awareness because the agency comes into contact with classified information.
