Coaching, Development, and Collaboration As a specialist, you provide advice and support to case handlers regarding insurance interpretation and current case-handling processes. By coaching the handlers, you contribute to ensuring they have the right competence to meet the needs of applicants and the insured. You actively contribute to creating a workplace learning environment and you identify collective competency needs and initiate possible development paths. As an employee at Försäkringskassan, you maintain high security awareness, as the agency handles classified information. Your work includes contributing to changes and improvements in processes, and you play an important role in implementing regulatory and process changes. The assignment also includes supporting unit managers with monitoring the quality of case handling and providing support to the local management group on matters relating to your area of expertise. The position involves handling classified information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have high security awareness.
