About the Swedish Prison and Probation Service The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is growing – we are building new facilities, renovating, and expanding, and we are now seeking more employees. The Service Center (KSC) is part of headquarters and supports the entire authority with personnel and financial administration services, support functions, travel booking, administrative efficiency, and the authority's switchboard function. The Service Center acts as a gateway and aims to resolve all incoming inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. The position is located in the Support and Development group within the Customer Center section. The group consists of case officers, specialists, and experts who provide support and develop administrative processes. The group is also responsible for designing presentation materials, web administration on internal and external websites, and updating the authority's various documents. Additionally, the group supports the unit's business development managers in various projects and business development initiatives. We work in teams to maintain high quality and actively work to develop the section's services to effectively support core operations. Job Description In the role of specialist, you will engage in close and varied work with case officers, other specialists, and experts in the section. An important part of the role is to drive and support efforts to ensure clear communication from the Service Center to core operations. This includes supporting managers and employees in the unit with questions regarding information, communication, and the Service Center's visual expression. The role involves both strategic and operational work. You will coordinate work, conduct analyses, and create plans for the different departments within the Service Center regarding information needs. Additionally, you will develop and update channel strategies and plan communication activities at the unit and section level. The role includes developing visual expressions and template documents in accordance with the authority's overall graphic profile, as well as creating information materials and graphic materials for the entire unit. As a specialist, you will also lead smaller activities and assignments and participate in and support larger projects within the unit. The work also includes monitoring the external environment, implementing new working methods, and quality assuring their application in operations.
