Job Responsibilities In your role as a data coordinator and BIM specialist, you'll work with Trafikverket's investment projects in both road and rail. You'll support project management and other specialists in coordinating digital information throughout the project's lifecycle. This means you'll set requirements, ensure quality, and coordinate digital deliverables based on governing documents, ensuring that common working methods are followed. As a specialist in digital project management, you'll be an expert in matters concerning information collection, access, and sharing to enable the right data to be available to the right stakeholders at the right time. You're responsible for establishing and maintaining structures in document management systems to ensure information is handled correctly. You'll provide support on model management matters and ensure that BIM requirements are adapted to the project's needs. You'll maintain ongoing dialogue and participate in meetings with projects and suppliers. The role also includes training internal users in systems and ensuring all involved parties work according to established guidelines for digital information management. In addition to supporting projects, there's an opportunity to participate in strategic work at the unit level, thereby contributing to the development of working methods and processes within the field. Qualifications Who Are You? We're looking for someone with excellent collaboration skills who enjoys working together with others. You're communicative and clear in both speech and writing, enabling you to effectively convey information to different audiences. You work carefully and systematically and have the ability to independently drive your tasks forward within your area of responsibility. You're motivated by active participation where you purposefully take responsibility for your work while being mindful of how you're part of and contribute to the bigger picture. You have strong analytical skills and can quickly understand and grasp different contexts. We're looking for someone with: a university or college education of at least 180 credits (120 credits) with a technical focus, or alternatively other education combined with experience that we consider equivalent several years of current experience working with information management in infrastructure projects experience working in document management systems (such as ProjectWise, Chaos, SharePoint) experience managing drawings and models (in, for example, AutoCAD, Microstation, Navisworks, Quadri, Bentley) experience working with reception and delivery inspections of technical documentation It's meritorious if you have: knowledge in GIS and/or automation (such as knowledge in FME) experience working with regulations and requirements for information management knowledge of Trafikverket's governing and supporting documents for digital project management Other Information Want a flexible workday with the option to work from home?
