About the Role As a Contract Controller, you will have a central role in NSVA's procurement function. You will be responsible for developing and following up on contracts and supplier collaborations, while working closely with operations, contract owners, and suppliers to ensure that contracts are complied with and create value. We are looking for someone who wants to combine analysis and follow-up with active development work within contract management, supplier follow-up, and procurement. You will become an important part of the ongoing work to strengthen and develop the procurement function. You need to thrive in a changing environment where development is underway and new working methods are gradually formed together with colleagues. The position is located in Helsingborg. You will be part of NSVA's procurement function together with 4 colleagues and report to the Procurement Manager. In the role, you will, among other things: - Plan, implement, and develop supplier and contract follow-ups - Follow up on prices, invoices, and contract terms, and analyze deviations and improvement opportunities - Drive dialogue and cooperation with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders - Produce statistics, analyses, and decision-making materials related to contracts and procurement - Develop routines, templates, and working methods within contract management and follow-up - Support operations and the procurement team with contract and procurement-related matters Who Are You? To succeed in the role, we see that you are: - Structured and thorough - Communicative and trust-building - Analytical and solution-oriented - Development-focused and driven - Collaborative with an unpretentious approach We are looking for someone who has: - Post-secondary education in procurement, economics, law, or similar - Experience with contract follow-up, contract management, or supplier management - Good understanding of commercial terms, contracts, and pricing structures - Experience working with analyses and decision-making materials - Good system knowledge and strong Excel skills - Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing - Valid driver's license Meritorious: - Experience from public sector operations - Knowledge of LOU or LUF Why NSVA?
