Health Center Knislinge is located in Östra Göinge municipality with good commuting options. It is a well-functioning and stable unit with just under 9,000 registered patients and approximately 48 employees. We work patient-centered and are committed to providing good and personalized care with a focus on high accessibility, quality, and continuity. Over the years, we have been nominated and won awards several times as one of the region's best units. At the health center, six general practice specialists and five ST doctors work together with nurses, paramedics, nursing assistants, and secretaries in a close and well-functioning collaboration. The health center has long experience as a training health center and receives a varying number of AT and BT doctors who are part of our well-organized doctor's clinic. In addition, we have a mobile care team staffed by doctors every day and we are responsible for two of the municipality's special housing facilities. Skill development is important to us and collegial dialogue is given high priority with regular doctor meetings, scheduled development time, and opportunities for continuing education. Welcome to submit your application! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a specialist doctor with us, you work with investigating, treating, and following up patients of all ages. You have varied work with both acute and scheduled patient visits and work closely with other professions to provide patients with good and personalized care. We work in teams and have experienced district and nurses with their own specialist clinics. At the health center there is a physiotherapy clinic, psychosocial team, dietitian, occupational therapist, and rehabilitation coordinator as well as a family center with child health services. Together we create good conditions for close collaboration and a holistic perspective around the patient. The operations also include a mobile doctor team with good cooperation with the municipality's nurses. The team is responsible for two of the municipality's special housing facilities and carries out acute home visits as needed. When you start with us, you will receive an individually tailored introduction based on your experience to create the best possible conditions for a secure start. You will receive your own patient list adapted to your employment level, with the goal of 1,100 registered patients at full-time. QUALIFICATIONS To be considered for the position, you must be a specialist in general practice with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Further, you must have Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in general practice and who shares the same goals and vision as us, to provide good, personalized, and quality care to our patients. You should be curious and receptive to patients' needs and have the ability to adapt to different circumstances.
