Healthcare Center Knislinge is located in Östra Göinge municipality with excellent commuting options. It is a well-functioning and stable unit with just under 9,000 registered patients and approximately 48 employees. We work patient-centered and are committed to providing good and close care with care and attention, focusing on high accessibility, quality, and continuity. At the healthcare center, six general practice specialists and five specialist trainees work together with nurses, paramedics, nursing assistants, and secretaries in close and well-functioning collaboration. The healthcare center has extensive experience as a training healthcare center and receives a varying number of AT and BT doctors who are part of our well-organized medical practice. Additionally, we have a mobile care team staffed by physicians every day, and we are responsible for two of the municipality's special residential facilities. Competence development is important to us, and collegial dialogue is a high priority with regular physician meetings, scheduled development time, and opportunities for further training. Welcome with your application! 1 position(s). DUTIES As a specialist physician with us, you work with investigating, treating, and following up patients of all ages. You have varied work with both acute and scheduled patient visits and collaborate closely with other professions to provide patients with good and close care. We work on a team basis and have experienced district and community nurses with their own specialist clinics. The healthcare center has a physiotherapy clinic, psychosocial team, dietitian, occupational therapist, and rehabilitation coordinator, as well as a family center with child health care. Together, we create good conditions for close collaboration and a holistic perspective on the patient. The activity also includes a mobile physician team with good collaboration with the municipality's nurses. The team is responsible for two of the municipality's special residential facilities and carries out acute home visits as needed. When you start with us, you will receive an individually adapted introduction based on your experience to create the best possible conditions for a secure start. You will receive your own patient list adapted to your employment level, with the goal of 1,100 registered patients at full-time. QUALIFICATIONS To be eligible for the position, you must be a specialist in general practice with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. Furthermore, you must have Swedish language skills equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in general practice and shares the same goals and vision as us—to provide good, close, and high-quality care to our patients. You should be curious and attentive to patients' needs and have an easy time adapting to different circumstances.
