Knislinge Health Center is located in Östra Göinge municipality with good commuting options. It is a well-functioning and stable unit with just under 9,000 listed patients and approximately 48 employees. At the health center, six general medicine specialists and five ST doctors work together with nurses, paramedics, nursing assistants and secretaries in close and well-functioning collaboration. The health center has long experience as a training health center and accepts a varying number of AT and BT doctors who are part of our well-organized doctor's clinic. We also have a mobile care team staffed by doctors every day and we are responsible for two of the municipality's special residences. Competence development is important to us and collegial dialogue has high priority with regular doctor meetings, scheduled development time and opportunities for further training. Welcome with your application! 1 position(s). WORK TASKS As a specialist doctor with us, you work with investigating, treating and following up patients of all ages. You have varied work with both acute and planned patient visits and collaborate closely with other professions to provide patients with good and close care. We work team-based and have experienced district and nurses with their own specialist clinics. At the health center there is a physiotherapy clinic, psychosocial team, dietitian, occupational therapist and rehabilitation coordinator as well as a family center with BVC. Together we create good conditions for close collaboration and a holistic perspective around the patient. The activities also include a mobile doctor team with good cooperation with the municipality's nurses. The team is responsible for two of the municipality's special residences and carries out acute home visits when needed. When you start with us, you will receive an individually adapted introduction based on your experience to create the best possible conditions for a safe start. You get your own patient list adapted to your level of employment, with the goal of 1,100 listed patients at full-time. QUALIFICATIONS To be eligible for the position, you must be a specialist in general medicine with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Furthermore, you have Swedish language skills that correspond to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in general medicine and that you share the same goals and visions as us, to provide good and close as well as quality care to our patients. You should be curious and attentive to patients' needs and adapt easily to different circumstances.
