Vårdcentralen Knislinge is located in Östra Göinge municipality with good commuting options. It is a well-functioning and stable unit with just under 9,000 registered patients and approximately 48 employees. We work patient-centered and are committed to providing good and close care with attentiveness, focusing on high accessibility, quality, and continuity. At the health center, six specialists in general medicine and five resident physicians work together with nurses, paramedics, nursing assistants, and secretaries in close and well-functioning collaboration. The health center has long experience as a training facility and receives a varying number of AT and BT physicians who are part of our well-organized physician clinic. Additionally, we have a mobile care team staffed by physicians daily, and we are responsible for two of the municipality's special residential facilities. Competence development is important to us and collegial dialogue has high priority with regular physician meetings, scheduled development time, and opportunities for continuing education. We welcome your application! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a specialist physician with us, you work on investigating, treating, and following up patients of all ages. You have varied work with both acute and scheduled patient visits and collaborate closely with other professions to provide patients with good and close care. We work in teams and have experienced district and nurses with their own specialist clinics. The health center has a physiotherapy clinic, psychosocial team, dietitian, occupational therapist, and rehabilitation coordinator, as well as a family center with child health services. Together, we create good conditions for close collaboration and a holistic perspective around the patient. The operations also include a mobile physician team with good collaboration with the municipality's nurses. The team is responsible for two of the municipality's special residential facilities and conducts acute home visits as needed. When you start with us, you receive an individually adapted introduction based on your experience to create the best possible conditions for a secure start. You receive your own patient list adapted to your employment level, with a target of 1,100 registered patients at full-time. We continuously work to develop the operations and see you as an important part of our work to offer good and close care. QUALIFICATIONS To be considered for the position, you must be a specialist in general medicine with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Furthermore, you must have Swedish language skills at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in general medicine and who shares our goals and vision of providing good, close, and high-quality care to our patients. You should be curious and receptive to patients' needs and able to adapt easily to different circumstances.
