We are now looking for a specialist in general medicine on a permanent position at 100%, but the level of employment can be discussed. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people and primary care. As a specialist doctor in general medicine at Näsets Läkargrupp, you are offered an independent position where you have the opportunity to influence your work. The work is varied with scheduled and acute patient visits, collaboration with home care, municipal special housing and child health care. We also have training doctors, medical candidates, trainees and specialty registrars continuously, so it is a plus if you have training/experience in supervision. You are responsible for providing your patients with the best care and treatment together with your colleagues and being medical support for other healthcare staff at the health center. Furthermore, we offer you enjoyable and exciting work close to the public with many points of contact where your competence is valued and stimulated. Your profile We are looking for someone who has Swedish medical license and is a specialist in general medicine and has previous experience working in primary care. Since you work in constant dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues and other organizations, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, at the level of Swedish C1. Since we have many elderly people in our patient base, it is very important that you are clear in your communication. You have a valid driving license category B. As a person, you are confident in yourself, have good teamwork skills with others in the team, are efficient and can plan, organize and prioritize your work. You have good judgment and enjoy teamwork. We would like to see that you have experience supervising training doctors and other professions at the health center. You are unpretentious, flexible and communicate clearly.
