Kista Health Center is a well-functioning health center that has existed since 1977 with just under 11,000 registered residents. We have doctors, district nurses, reception nurses, assistant nurses, medical secretaries, receptionists, rehabilitation coordinators, and CBT psychologists. We are a total of about 30 people in the work group. All staff contribute to developing the practice and participate in one of the health center's quality groups.

About the work tasks:
Varied work with typical duties as a district doctor in primary care. You will meet patients with acute and chronic diseases and also work preventively. One day a week you will work in home care in close cooperation with a nurse. There is an opportunity to work at child health clinics. At Kista Health Center you will meet patients of all ages! The work requires broad expertise and independence. At Kista there is a fine collaborative climate between doctors, nurses, and other professions. If it suits you, there is an opportunity to work from home one day per week.
Employment form:
Permanent employment. Full-time. Lower working hours can be discussed if desired. Trial employment may be applied. Start date by agreement.
Job requirements:
We are looking for you who are a licensed doctor with specialist competence in general medicine and authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Experience of having worked in Swedish healthcare, preferably primary care, is advantageous. Experience with the TakeCare medical records system is advantageous.
Personal qualities:
We place great emphasis on professional treatment of patients, relatives, and colleagues. Planning and flexibility come naturally to you and you are comfortable working independently. Other qualities we value are good cooperation skills and attentiveness. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

- background checks are applied before the decision to employ according to SLSO's overarching instructions for background checks in employment.
- employees who will have patient contact must undergo new employee medical examination, according to applicable directives, which takes place through occupational health before employment.
- in addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, equivalent to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
