About the role As a general practitioner specialist/deputy operations manager, you have overall responsibility for operational management, medical quality, development of specialist training positions, and workforce planning. You lead the operations forward together with the operations manager through clear leadership, presence in daily operations, and a strong focus on continuous improvement. As deputy operations manager, you will: Ensure high medical quality, patient safety, and patient experience Drive change, improvement, and efficiency initiatives in daily operations Work with follow-up, quality, and operations development Be a clear culture bearer who creates structure, direction, and pace Lead by example through strong clinical presence Collaborate with regional leadership and contribute to regional and national initiatives Work clinically as a physician in parallel with your role as deputy operations manager.
