Special Education Teacher

Krustpils Elementary School invites a special education teacher to work (on an indefinite basis). Main job responsibilities: 1. Plan and ensure quality educational process in accordance with competencies and regulatory requirements; 2. Implement educational programs in the specific subject in accordance with the state basic education standard; 3. Conduct assessment and documentation of student learning achievements, conduct and analyze student development dynamics; 4. Conduct analysis of own work, set goals for further activities, and inform the educational institution of results in the prescribed manner; 5. Conduct individual work with students to clarify misunderstood learning content, create motivation to learn, and develop collaboration and communication skills; 6. Provide individual support to students in accordance with their abilities and needs (talent development, addressing learning difficulties, consultations, work with migrants and returnees); 8. Cooperate with parents, provide comprehensive information, inform parents of student achievements and problems at the educational institution, and jointly seek solutions; 9. In cooperation with subject teachers, class teachers, educational institution support staff (psychologist, social pedagogue, speech therapist, general care nurse) and management, analyze student learning, psychological, adaptation and other types of problems and determine the methods to be used to address them; Requirements for applicants: Education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 "Regulations on the Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Teachers and the Procedure for Professional Development of Teachers' Professional Competence" We offer: 1.
