No. 4312903724 invites a colleague to join our team as a Special Education Teacher (profession code 2352 03) Work Location: Skolas iela 3, Zaķumuiža, Ropažu pag., Ropažu novads, LV-2133 Key Responsibilities: • Plan and implement special education teacher work in an educational institution, providing support to preschool and primary school-age learners with learning difficulties and special needs; • Plan your work, develop a class schedule, and be responsible for the teaching methods, techniques, and results achieved; • Maintain special education teacher documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and requirements set by the educational institution; • Collaborate with learners' parents (legal representatives), educators, and other support specialists; provide consultations, explain assessment results, inform about learner development progress, and provide recommendations for further educational process; • Enhance your professional competence; • Comply with workplace regulations, professional ethics standards, and confidentiality requirements. Requirements for Candidates: • Education meeting statutory requirements for a special education teacher position or studies in a special education program; • Ability to plan, organize, and ensure quality pedagogical work in compliance with applicable regulations; • High sense of responsibility, psychological resilience, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal and communication skills; • Ability to independently plan your work, make decisions, and work effectively in a team; • Understanding of preschool educational institution organization and the specifics of the educational process; • State language proficiency at C1 level as defined by applicable regulations.
