About the Role As a Spa Therapist at Upper House Spa, you'll join a dedicated team that creates memorable experiences for our guests every day. You'll deliver treatments of the highest quality and provide warm, personal hospitality throughout the entire guest journey. You're responsible for creating a holistic experience where treatment, service, and care work together seamlessly. Recommending products and treatments based on guest needs is a natural part of your work. You actively ensure that our concepts, routines, and high quality standards are followed and continuously improved. You work closely with receptionists, spa attendants, therapists, and instructors to deliver world-class service together. Who Are You? You're a positive, engaged, and responsible person passionate about creating wellness and memorable experiences for guests. You understand the importance of detail and thrive in an environment where quality, service, and professionalism are paramount. You're an authorized aesthetician and/or certified massage therapist. Previous experience in premium hotel or spa operations is a plus. Your personal qualities are heavily weighted in our selection. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently and are comfortable working with different systems. You appreciate a fast pace, are flexible, and have a drive for continuous development.
