We are now looking for a Spare Parts & Logistics Coordinator who wants to contribute to making our spare parts deliveries run as smoothly as our products. About the Position You are offered an independent and varied role with many contacts internally and externally in a company characterized by short decision-making processes, a high level of ambition, and closeness to customers. As a Spare Parts & Logistics Coordinator, you are part of a team working with the company's aftermarket. The position is split between approximately 50% order/export/logistics administration and approximately 50% warehouse/material flows. You work closely with the sales, production, and finance departments. Your main tasks Order/Export/Logistics Administration (approximately 50%) · Handle customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and customer service regarding spare parts · Book and coordinate transport of machines and spare parts globally · Oversee shipping of our machines and handle shipping documentation, export documents, and customs administration · Issue invoices and other documentation related to export · Classify articles and products according to HS codes and update the article register continuously · Prepare statistics and reports as needed and maintain contact with freight forwarders, customers, and internal functions Warehouse & Material Flows (approximately 50%) · Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries · Picking, packing, and registration of spare parts and components · Manage goods and ensure efficient flow through the warehouse · Some register maintenance and updates in the business system · Ensure order and structure in warehouse processes You report to the CEO. Education/Experience We are looking for someone with prior experience of similar administrative tasks within order, export, logistics, warehouse, and/or supply chain. Qualifications · Preferably relevant education from KY/YH, university, or college (but this is not a requirement) · Good English skills, spoken and written, as we have global export · Experience in export administration and international shipping · Advantageous with knowledge of HS codes and customs handling · Experience with business systems (we use Pyramid) Personal Qualities · Careful and organized · Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative · Curious, information-seeking, and solution-oriented · Flexible and enjoy varied roles · Generally technically interested · Customer-oriented and comfortable in contact with both Swedish and international partners In this recruitment, we use occupational psychological testing for candidates selected for interviews and background checks for the final candidate.
