At this state-of-the-art facility, you and your colleagues manufacture life-saving medications. The products produced here are used mainly within three treatment areas: intensive care, bleeding disorders, and immune system diseases. Production experience can be a plus, but is not a requirement. You could come from, for example, childcare, healthcare, or the restaurant industry and be a perfect fit! Job Responsibilities After thorough on-site training, you will be expected to independently work with various aspects of large-scale pharmaceutical production in clean rooms. You will succeed in these tasks if you are methodical, thorough, and interested. You will also spend extended periods in clean rooms, so you need to be able to concentrate for longer stretches. You will be trained on-site and will need to follow clear instructions and methods according to GMP (good manufacturing practice). Working Hours This position involves shift work. You therefore need to be able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends according to schedule. Requirements We have no requirement that you have previously worked in process industry or as a process operator, but you must have the following: Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing. Ability and willingness to work in a sterile environment. Ability to work shifts (morning, evening) Curiosity and professional pride. Ability to maintain concentration for extended periods. Clean criminal record Merits Previous production work (food/pharmaceutical). Professional experience with hygiene requirements. What can OnePartnerGroup offer?
