What awaits you - Turning and grinding metal parts – work on grinders, conventional and CNC lathes depending on the type of project. - Complete care of the workpiece – from clamping, through machining to inspection and preparation for the next operations. - Reading and working with technical documentation – no "conveyor belt" routine, but diverse parts. - Modern facilities and equipment – machines that help, not hinder. - Responsibility for results – from tool setup, through production and deburring, to final measurement of the finished part. - Regular maintenance is key to keeping everything running as it should. What we expect from you - Technical education (min. vocational school with technical focus). Ability to read technical documentation. - Experience working on grinders, conventional and CNC lathes. - Knowledge of FANUC/Fusion 360 programming is an advantage - You can work independently, but also function as part of a team on a single project. - Most importantly: We're looking for a colleague who thinks about their work, is reliable, and wants to improve in the field. We're not looking for someone just putting in time.
