Biljardpalatset has been an institution in Göteborg since 1984 and has undergone major changes in both facilities and working methods in recent years. Now we want to continue developing – and are therefore looking for a Souschef who wants to take our restaurant to the next level. As Souschef, you lead and are responsible for the kitchen's daily operations and staff. You are the head chef's right hand. Of course, you always keep the guest experience in focus, with food that exceeds expectations. Our cooking draws inspiration from around the world, with a clear fondness for classics.
